4. Final Selection

Once you have narrowed down on your selected property, keep the following in mind.

a. Ask and understand the complete cost of the property acquisition, including club membership, security deposits, payment delay penalties, cancellation charges etc.

b. Registration cost and other statutory costs.

c. Payment schedule (whether construction linked or time linked).

d. Draft copy of the Application Form/Sale Agreement

5. Final Booking

Once you have understood the above the booking process quite simple.
